With a broad skillset in design, 3D animation and modelling, layout, story boarding, graphic design, UI/UX design, website overview and motion design, a clean understanding of the design mechanics, principles and practices for a greater involvement and contribution to the project on a holistic level.
Building the best environment for the creative team to thrive. Defining art styles and reasoning for each project and ensuring continuity where applicable. Benchmarking competitive creatives, with analytics and trends.
Overseeing creative incentives and projects from fruition to delivery, using trust and guidance where necessary.
Liaising with major stakeholders on blue sky initiatives and thinking, going beyond creative limitations and being open to new directions.
